CPM Programme managed this £13.6 m project, comprising of exhibition halls, Foyer reception, 5 Galleries, Hot Glass Studio, Business centre, Restaurant and Retail. CPM were commissioned to apply for and administer the £8.7 million Heritage Lottery Fund.

CPM's role also encompassed the management of the Migration and Occupation of 2 existing Museums into the New Visitor Centre. The programme for managing the collections, packing, temporary storage and quarantine along with placement was highly critical and had to be integrated into the building in seamless operation.

Works on the same site included the Restoration & Refurbishment of a Victorian Tank furnace Grade II Listed Building. The project involved complex workings in sub-terrainean tunnels demanding high level management and co-ordination skills. Archaeologists led the programme and CPM provided Engineering support for the complex investigations above and below ground. The findings of significant historical interest that were integrated into the Exhibition Design to enhance the visitor experience.
